FLR(M) will do the job, download the latest form off the Government website and remember to pay for the NHS surcharge before applying.

You can either apply for the FLR(M) by post or pay for the premium service where you can attend your nearest UKVI office and get the visa on the same day, additional cost applies of course.

One thing I just noticed and surprised at regarding the premium centres, they are open on Saturdays which is good for people who do not wish to take the time off work to attend the centre.

I guess, we will use the premium service, even to expensive.. So long its worth it in the end looking forward now, and hopefully everything would be fine.

And one more thing, we are currently living in my mother in law. As proof of residence, what documents possibly we could get?

You've recently gone through the settlement visa process so you wont have any bother at all, you will be using a lot of the paperwork you submitted for the initial visa plus the marriage certificate of course. The premium centre we attended in Liverpool was quite a relaxed and organized affair, nothing to worry about really, and of course in the majority of cases you get the visa on the same day.

After that you can apply for your National Insurance number (NI number) which entitles you to work in the UK.

Council tax bill is an important one, letter from the doctors surgery where you registered is another good one.

I got my wife to apply for COOP, Tesco and other store cards just to get letters with her address on.

As i read the documents needed, its quite similar to fiancee visa documents.. So i quite understand now :) and how about the BRP? Is it include to FLR application? Or i need to apply that seperate?

They will do that on the same day you attend the premium centre and you will receive it in the post a couple of weeks later.

We already been in Doctors Surgery to register, but they said we can only apply once we get married. So i guess we need to wait for that. And also planning as well to apply for those card thing like Tesco. Thanks for your help.

Must be different rules for different for different doctors surgeries around the country, registering at the doctors was one of the first things we did when my wife arrived in the UK on a Fiancée visa.
