Not at all, however the onus is on the British parent to prove, on the balance of probabilities, that they are a biological parent. That means that both parents must show that they were cohabiting on the day of conception and for a few days before and after that date. It is really only in the case of 'hit and runs' that further proof may be required.
Yes the one that we need to get from UK embassy here in the Philippines.. And one of member here said So the plane ticket from he arrives and he leaves The Philippines can be used as an evidence that he was here with me from the time of conception right?.
A plane ticket to and from the Philippines does not prove that he was present - he may not have taken the flights. His Passport, however, will show immigration entry and exit stamps.
I just wish the UK would allow a newly married spouse to come to the UK on a tourist Visa and convert that to a spouse visa (within the UK) once the NSO marriage certificate is obtained. I believe Denmark allows that to happen.
We submitted both plane ticket stubs and copies of the relevant stamped sections of my passport showing entry and exit to the Philippines. My old company used to ask for the flight ticket stubs as proof of having got on a flight rather than anything else. This was with the idea of ensuring they didnt pay back expenses on a flight that was not actually taken. For this reason I kept all ticket stubs for both me and my wife on flights in and out and within the Philippines. And submitted them with my wifes visa application. If used in conjunction with other evidence of being in the Philippines it all makes for a stronger case. We also used hotel bills as evidence of me being in the Philippines.
We all have those evidences and a lot of pics t We have all those evidences too and a lot of pictures and videos together and even uploaded pics on FB with dates and time.. New yr's video too that he was here with my family, the time he came and we conceived..
