I have an internet TV service but my internet was very slow. Using a fire TV stick, needs fast connection. Shows sky and BT football sky movies and much more.
Well, City have got Chelsea away in the EPL this Thursday then next week got Chelsea at home in the FA cup. Both late KO's well at it is over here.
Sometimes the internet is fast, I know what the problem is, the firestick is behind the TV and before I had modem extender but we have guest in our rental and they need that to work on-line I have ordered an extender from Lazada. should be here next week.
I used to use a firestick with a weak connection... it didn't work very well with the wifi but worked reasonably ok once I got a lan adapter and used a wired connection. Fortunately I can just cast from my pc now
Everton haven't had too much to shout about for a long time now so excuse me if I am happy at the moment. Another thing made me happy - this moment from Match Of The Day last night:
Everton........ From bad to worse............. As a consolation the pool didn't do much better..........
It makes no sense after that good result. FL changed the formation which was a mistake but if a team doesn't play well they will get relegated. Brighton tore Everton apart and Everton haven't learnt any lessons from last season.
Do you think Big Dunc was advised by upstairs to leave so if it didn’t work out with Frank, he DF could be bought back in as top man? Did the city result drain the players so much they were not up for Tuesday?
Maybe they were worn out after playing City. City do like to play tip tap football and keep possession. Everton must have given 100% City have got Chelsea in the EPL tomorrow then Chelsea in the FA cup this Sunday then Southampton next week in the league cup then an easy game at Old Trafford. Good job we have a big squad of players. Bring it on.
Hi John. They could have been tired but they didn't create enough chances - changing from a 5-4-1 to a 4-4-2 didn't help. Everton don't have the quality to pass upfield and make (and score) chances. This from Phil McNulty (BBC Main sports writer, who is also from Liverpool.) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phil_McNulty) "Frank Lampard will ultimately be held responsible, as managers are, but owner Farhad Moshiri, chairman Bill Kenwright and CEO Denise Barrett-Baxendale must not escape scrutiny for years of appalling decision-making. They are equally culpable for yet another Everton crisis." The supporters on Everton Forums are very angry, especially after the support they gave the team at the end of last season. I can't see them bringing in Duncan Ferguson but he is probably hoping for a phone call.
"Eilah from London" commented on the BBC webpage: "To the people saying sack Lampard: what will that solve? When you've been going downhill for 10 years why get rid of the person who has only been there for 1?" Me: The owner won't go until he finds a buyer so, it must be "Kenwright (the chairman) OUT". It seems like this has been the real fans' view for a long time now. He was there before Moshiri and his failings have been many. The Everton Stadium is due for completion in 2024 so he needs to go asap. The recruitment process has been a shambles for years; they have hired so many managers and directors of football but continued to go backwards. The owner, Moshiri, has reportedly spent £500 million to improve the team and separately also to get the finances in place to build a new stadium. The stadium is coming along nicely but it will seem odd to have the team relegated before it is built. Shocking
