Just got a letter from Bolton council that the EDL is to have a demo at the local park, which I live around the corner from. Though I don't agree with the Muslims with their terrorist Ideas and so on, I don't like the thugs and nutters of the EDL and the rest of the Knuckleheads. Hope this demo goes peacefully which I doubt. The unite against Fascism are countering The English defense league.
Jim... Muslims don't have terrorist ideas! Though I think you'll find the EDL is a terrorist organisation! Unless you don't count smashing the crap out of town centres, scaring the locals and causing thousands of pounds in damage as a terrorist activities. I do, it's low level terrorism but it still causes fear and panic for a political cause (the definition of terrorism). And painting all Muslims with the brush of Osama bin Laden is the same as saying all Irish are terrorists, all Christians are terrorists, all Buddhists are terrorists and so on. People will kill and maim in the name of their ideology when they hold extremist views - such as the ultra orthodox Jews who smashed up a bus in Israel when the bus driver objected to a woman being told to sit at the back. But would anyone then say "All Jews are terrorists"? Of course not.. Like I said, it comes from the people who take things to the extreme. And when it comes to Muslims, a lot of different religious groups get thrown into that category because most people are too lazy to refer to them as Salafis, zikris or Ibadis. There are as many branches of Islam as there are with Christianity. And only a few of them are taken to extremes that can (and do) cause others harm. Sadly, one of these is the Salafist branch which is operated out of Saudi Arabia - funded by oil rich donations. Read up on the different Islamic schools and branches to figure out which is which. And I bet you will never know a Ahmadiyya from a Salafist just by looking at them? The difference is extreme! An Ahmadiyya muslim would never dream of violence in the name of Allah, but a Salafist would..

Kuya, I said the muslims. with their terrorist Ideas, not all muslims, you read it wrong or I wrote it wrong. Heck, I have many many muslim friends. Lets start again, The terrorist that support al qaeda. Please don't get me wrong.
Although the EDL support UKIP, I would doubt UKIP could ever publicly support them! Perhaps I did read that wrong Jim, apologies.. And don't get me wrong, I really do feel for many in the EDL. I think that group sucks in a lot of well intentioned people along with the racist thugs they also bring along to marches.
No worries kuya, The EDL are a bunch of scum and will be demonstrating on my door step, this bank holiday Monday.
Given how he struggles to tell the difference between the Taj Mahal and a mosque, I wonder if he sneers at a Filipino coming out a church thinking they are coming from a muslim place of worship...
