Greetings, I understand it is easy to get a visa if arriving for a job.
Has anyone got experience of this, how long it takes, etc.?
I do understand if there is no job to come to then
it would be more difficult to get a visa as there
would be a risk of not finding a job once here.
We are teachers so how are visa applications ?
    Thanks for sharing your experiences.

No, it is not easy to come to the UK and get a job, unless you are from a country within what is known as the EEA or European Economic Area. People from the rest of the World (none EEA) have tough rules to pass in order to get a visa to the UK to work.

It really does depend on your skill level. Right now the UK is in recession, so for none EEA workers it is getting more and more difficult to gain entry in the first place.
