Hi all, Can you apply for retention and reacquisition of Philippine citizenship as soon as you receive your naturalization certificate and first British passport, or have to wait a certain period? Many thanks!
In theory you can be a duel citizen for the duration of your current Philippines passport and on obtaining your UK nationality. When the Philippines passport is due to expire you do the oath bit at Philippines embassy to retain the nationality
