Sent a parcel of clothing items last week to Cebu, the parcel arrived in the Cebu sorting office and it has been sat there on hold since then Here is the latest tracking data When Joy calls DHL Cebu, they simply say it is waiting for customs... After 3 working days just sat there???
That's really frustrating. I take it there are no national holidays involved? Just simply waiting for customs clearance? Does DHL have any influence or responsibility that you can leverage from here? I hope it will get cleared properly
Well, today is Ash Wednesday. so for every good Catholic that means church.. Not sure if this time of year hits their scheduling plans
that is why pinoy has so many workers in one shop lolz..compare here in the UK one can just work in one shops but pinoy shops has so many workers ..like you go to shpping center cashier only cashier and she/he got at least one packer on the till intead of doing all the stuff they divide the works so much that they hire so many workers in suppossedly one job
Yes true but i never had to wait 3 days to get through the cashier I did once pack my own bags and told them i had recieved my bag packers badge in the UK
I noticed that as well when I'm in Tacloban. In the department store you would get two girls operating one till, someone else watching over them, then you have staff standing on every corner/aisle/display unit. Some of them don't seem to move for hours, just stand there. Then theres security, the purchase checker person, jeez, the wage bill must be big!
its indeed true and the reality when you come to Pinoy SHOPS and one time my husband and i shops and am the packer of our shopping itlsef
DHL have still not managed to release that parcel. Wouldn't mind so much if I had some electronics or something in there - taxable items. but clothes!!!!! Seems I might be getting Royal Mail service for an extra £30 to arrive in a yellow box
they need more money from you Kuya hahahah to release so may reasons just that they can rip you off ive experience that soo many times grrrrrrrrr
