I'm sure Pinoys are partially deaf, the way they yell at each other and play music so loud.

Two men came to my house today and ask my wife if they could use my power for the barangay dico,
(field next door) and use my extension cord. (Mayors bodyguard)
No idea what they were saying (Bisayan lingo) wife kindly told me when they left. Promoting for the next elections.
As I expected it's too loud and the seating arrangement all the plastic seats next to each other this country is a F joke, what about covid-19 can't you catch it in the evening.
Told the wife, 10 pm I'm pulling the plug out, f them.

Favour for a favour, going to ask the mayor a favour.

    You have my sympathy jim.

In our place in the Phils the neighbour directly opposite has dogs and they serenade dawn with 30 minutes of barking, that neighbour also has chickens and they probably set off the dogs, the thing is you just have to live with it, horrible I know, sometimes we get neighbours blasting out music but to be honest we do that as well from the upstairs terrace when I am there, we will also play music loudly inside the living room during the day but that should not really upset anyone else.

Our subdivision has a 10pm curfew on noise and we respect that but it is very rare that we play music on the upstairs terrace.

When I retire I am planning on shipping out my amp and speakers, where I live just now I cannot enjoy the quality of my system as I simply can't play anything loud as it is a flat in a communal building whereas I bought my kit when I had a three bed dethatched house in Scotland.

Ah well, they finished at 10.30 and the Major ask my wife how he could repay her, wife said round up all the stray dogs and put then in kennels or find homes for them. Trouble is with that some of the stray dogs belong to someone, most houses round here don't have a perimeter fence so their dogs roam round in packs.

music loud again, so I played some Pink Floyd to counter the bass. When I listen to Pink Floyd so do my neighbours.

If it were me, I would have left the windows and doors open so they could here it better, and if they bang on the door, it means they want you to play it even louder. Winner, winner, beef dinner.
