Hi all i applied my divorce but before I submit it, I had an email that was registered with HMCTS. I made a dummy account to answer those questions, but was final application and payment made in another emails Now HMCTS emailed me that they traced that i have existing case in first email so they can't process my current application. So they made me request a D11 form and I paid £167 to withdraw the existing case so once I can withdraw my existing case then my current application will move forward. I'm just asking if the judge rejects such a case? I'm worried that the judge will reject it? So I don't know how that application will progress if the judge ever rejects my request. I asked a lot of times live chat of HMCTS and rang them aswell but they also couldn't answer it as judge only knows and to wait in few weeks. I choose to proceed my new application. Im just wondering if anybody here have idea about my situation thanks.

You say you are living in the UK permanently, what is your immigration status? Are you saying you have 2 D11 applications in at the moment?
