An ex convict is searching for jobs when he comes across a job advertisement for crew members on a cruise ship. Thinking this could help him get away from his past and make a good start he applies for the job. In the job interview the ships captain asks about his past. “You spent some time in jail, didn’t you?”. “Yes Captain, I have made some mistakes in life but I am honest and just want to prove myself”. The captain was impressed and decided to hire the ex convict and give him a chance. Three weeks into sea the ex convict is mopping up the decks when a huge wave sweeps the side of the ship and takes him overboard with his mop and bucket. Seeing this was the first mate, who runs to the bridge to see the captain. “Captain… You know that ex con that you hired? The honest one!” “Yes” says the captain “Well, he’s just f*cked off with our mop!”
