    Hello Everyone,

I'm making a new thread again and I'm sorry about that. I'm bit confused about the A4 size paper. Is it necessary ? I'm just using short bond paper when I was applying visit visa last year and I want to re-use the documents for my Spouse Visa like (Receipt from Cebuana Lhuillier which I pasted it in s short paper and I'm not aware last year regarding the size of the paper) .

Do I need to transfer it in a A4 size paper ? Thanks in advance :)

No you don't. It's a merely a recommendation - that will help avoid delays with your application :)

    Don't worry.
The standard size for paper in the Phil's is not A4 anyway.

If you're having your documents scanned by the VFS, having them in A4 is a must. But if you're sending them straight to Sheffield, you can follow everyone else's advice.

Ohh dear. We fall into scanned services . Also the conversation I just printed in a short band paper for almost 100 pages.

Oh no! I submitted my application just a few weeks ago and had one single document which was not in A4. The VFS officer had me photocopy that into an A4 paper using their photocopier (P5 per page), then they never touched the original anymore. This means that the VFS is more interested in having documents in A4 than in having the original copies.
