    I can assure you that I have no issues at all with any service Providers, and everything is honkydory on my pc...

    Go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and report back which version of Adobe Flash you have installed.

    Mine says

    "You have version 11.2.202.235 installed"

    Actually it says "You have version 11,2,202,235 installed" but they have something wrong with their web page as program version numbers are always separates by full stops.

    Also let us know what browser and version number, I am on version 18.0.1025.162 of Google Chrome.
