Normally the process of application outside UK for settlement is 60 working days ( if the application is straight forward) sometimes it is more ... so planning for flight probably will Be after the 3 months processing/decision.

not sure it is required but I also included:

    1) council tax - declaring that I am living there so my name is already added in the council tax
    2) joint account- where remittance comes from and support to me
    3) Bills with my name included

`Hey hun. How are you getting On now with the application? Just trying to continue mine regarding my 16 year old. Don’t they have to send their stuff her for me to send it to Sheffield?

What I did is, I filled out the form online, and submit all the documents to Sheffield for my two boys. After payment for the visa fee, I booked them an appointment in Manila for biometric and submit their passport. Waiting for the decision now probably by end of November.

Ahh that’s good! I’m stuck with the Special power of attorney as my moms the one taking him here.

    Ok...
Yeah, I remember there is a question in the application form... whether who will accompany the child and if she has got a visa. So you have to plan with regards to that.

You can download an SPA and affidavit of support from the Philippine Embassy and you can just edit it and bring it to the PE for signature

Yeah I have it with me now. Been writing and erasing as I’m just confused if I put it as WE or I but it’s my husband who sponsors them. Also was thinking of applying my sons first then my mom as it’s just a visit visa and it’s much easier than my sons settlement visa. Was worried she’d get the visa before my sons.

    What I did is...
we have a letter of intent to the entry clearance officer that my British husband and me are going to support and sponsor my Children. But he is mainly the sponsor on the application form and all his supporting documents are attached... financial, accommodation, joint names on account, bills, council tax.
    And then

I have that already as well! I have everything really just this Special power of attorney one and affidavit of consent to travel.
