Chelsea 4-2 Leicester City in the quarter final and will face Man City in the other semi final to be played on Saturday 20th April
Marina Granovskaia linked to secret payments by former Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich It's not looking good...
What with Everton, Forest, Leicester having FFP charges, plus the ongoing Man City situation, I have no doubt others will be close to going over the £105 million Three year loss rule, my own club Wolves had to do some pretty drastic selling in the 2023 summer transfer window just to avoid being in the same situation, even now they have said they may have to sell again before they can spend any substantial amount in 2024, and I think Newcastle have their hands tied by the same rule, I can see a similar situation for Eddie Howe having to sell before he can buy, and Aston Villa I don't see how they can buy more players before they sell someone, as for Chelsea I have no idea how they can avoid charges seeing as they have spent vast amounts recently.
The underhand payments are one of the issues within the Man City charges, allegations suggest Mancini picked up his salary for managing city yhen there was a second salary offshore for advising another club ( owned by the city owners) on a 2 day a week basis.
Probably explains why she had to go... I think Clearlake were initially thinking she'd stay on when they bought Chelski... Maybe HMRC will be asking questions too... cannot imagine she'd have been deducting PAYE and NI on her loans hehehe
Poor result for a “wasteful” Chelsea side against 10 men struggling Burnley. Think there will be a rethink end of season! Jose might be back!
Maybe... seems to be all about confidence to me... so many opportunities to put the game out of their reach yet we just don't take our chances Anyway, good to see clean sheet Mason is finally off the mark for you even if his nearly winner was cruelly cancelled out a few minutes later in the 99th by Brentford
Hmmm... I'm sure you're looking forward to Wednesday night more than I am... all you need to do is turn up - Chelski will give you the 3 points
I am looking forward to Wednesday night as always, but Thursday night might be even better if United beat Chelsea on the night (thursday) of the game
Times and Dates are Filipino... Don't blame me - blame www.livesoccertv.com ! After February 29th this year it all went pear shaped
Never gave us 3 points. Chelsea seem to raise their game against Citeh. Anyway getting ready for the Liverpool v Brighton game ,then later, the Big one.
2_0 to Chelski after 19 minutes, a long night for United, got work in the morning so will leave it there!
And it's 2_3 to Man Utd after 99 minutes Some interesting stats from BBC: 1) Since 2015-16 in the Premier League, there have only been two matches with 47 or more shots - and they are Chelsea's last two games. There were 51 shots on Saturday in the game with Burnley and 47 today. 2) Cole Palmer's hat-trick goal (100:39) is the latest winning goal in Premier League history.
Antony and Mason Mount's reactions at full time after Manchester United lost 4-3 to Chelsea after having a 3-2 lead in the 99th minute: Some games are worth staying up to watch
