Ah, the early 90's. This one reminds me of a time I spent doing voluntary work on a hospital radio station in Newport. Only the hospital was a mental hospital (St Cadocs in Caerleon, used as film set for Torchwood a few times recently) with varying degrees of mental illness. We had to be careful what we would say on air, we could not say the word Madness for example, so playing a Madness record was awkward. I got told off for playing Ullo John got a new motor by Alexei Sayle, didn't realise it contained the words 'they put me in a special hospital'...oops
