    Dear All,

Just looking for a bit of Guidance really, my Wife has been here on a Tier 2 Work visa which she got by herself and was working here as a nurse before we meet each other, we have applied for a Spousal visa as we just got married in May and the change of visa would give her the freedom to work elsewhere if she would like. Her current employer was happy to renew her on a Tier 2 work visa if required and sponsor her. But we have now applied for the Spousal Visa and done the Biometrics two weeks ago, but the UK Naric said they cannot confirm her bacalor degree as it's not a school they know. will this be a big stumbling block? She is already a UK qualified nurse and these checks must have been done when she came here on a Tier 2 work visa and sponsored by NHS.

we meet all the criteria and have a joint income of £70K

Also how long does it take before we get our documents back? just a little appriensive with the situation at the moment that all.

Doesn't she have some documented evidence of her English requirement when she came here on Tier 2. Im a little rusty on the initial spousal visa process so wondering how you have applied for spousal already without inclusion of the English requirement?
