Sorry to say I hardly get to Cebu these days, despite having a real great friend in Lapu Lapu. Last time we were there though he promised to take us to a place call Jazz and Blues. He raved about it and we were all sad that we just didn't make it. Apparently great live bands and great food. Don't know if it's still going.

Try Tonyo's It is located at: Salinas Drive, Dakbayan sa Sugbu, Cebu.. Was there once when a band came on, not too sure how good they were as I left soon after. But the beer was cold and the clubhouse sandwich was delicious!!
