3 pages close to the back are completely ripped out. So she has the pages just loose where they should be, A few other pages in the middle have a few tears on them. None of the pages with stamps or visas are damaged and the front info pages are intact. We're struggling how to go about getting a new one in the UK. On vfs global it let's us book at Cardiff, Edinburgh, or Belfast, but that just seems to be renewal. She may need new application with it being damaged? Her visa expires February 2024
