Me and my wife have just had a baby girl, Born in the Philippines. We are looking at getting a British passport for her and would be very grateful on any advice from you guys as to application process and documents needed to do so. Kind regards Chris.

Congratulations to you on the welcome news of your newborn. I know nothing of the procedure either but it is good that you are thinking about it now - so many problems can arise if you delay such matters. You appear to have an older child too, does she have dual nationality?
One thing to remember as well Chris, once you secure a British Passport for your daughter you will be exempt from paying any visa fees for her when you get around to the settlement visa process, small consolation I know but every little helps
Chris_73 when i applied my daughter passport i did all the process online in the uk i sent all my daughter birth records and her doctor notes as well as her original bc and lots pics her from birth her baptism certificate etc send what u can with copies u will need to send your passport and full scale birth certificate which shows your parents details u can get from gov.uk at £12 u will also need copies driving liecnce /utility bills says send 3 forms id i sent 4 wife also need original bc and copies her passport pages and my wife sent her health card too my daughter doctor was the one countersign her passport pic .she wrote letter saying she my daugter is one in the photo and she also gave us her copy passport great help .. u will need your marriage certificate from nso plus they asked us for form no.5 advisory on marriage from nso get your wife sort that its just another form marriage certificate which cost you few hundred peso another way make more money in php that what we submitted and it toke over 11 months good luck
