Well Geoff (Thomas) is pretty adamant that Tamsin Booth will not be taking the job. Given that "they" didn't bother to appoint a new Hon Con for Davao when the previous one retired and a recent Ministerial Statement on Consular Services, I am beginning to doubt a new Hon Con for Cebu will be appointed.

I'm wondering if something is happening with the new Ambassador due in July?
