Has anyone come across this crowd? Boca Bakery in Rhyl. http://www.bocabakery.co.uk/oriental.html I bought some Ube Hopia recently (a favourite of mine) by post. They were pretty good.
I ordered by post. The postage bumped the price up, but I treated myself to five packs of 5. But looking closely at the website, they supply to various shops, one of which is in Stockport.
Another option though I do not vouch for them yet. http://www.adastrapacific.co.uk/ . I am moving hopefully in the next few weeks to Stockport so will be a lot nearer. I've been to the shop which is pretty good. They do hair and beauty now as well.
Speaking of which. A walk past a nail bar in our town is predominately filipinos workers now. Asawa has had her nails done in another nail bar which was done by “locals” but she wasnt impressed. I had a pedi done on bantayan island by an old lady, best ever pedi, she was a true expert and tipped accordingly. Ive had pedis off younger techicians but they werent a patch on that old lady.
