i dont think anyone disagrees with what you posted--quite the opposite--we are here to help you --if we can. but i dont think we are getting the full picture. no idea why your IP address has been banned. however--there is another uk / philippino site that bans its members for the slightest reason. maybe youre getting a bit mixed up>
They're not going to worry that your husband gets Child Tax Credit. He's allowed to claim it as he is British and has kids. I think you're worrying too much about it. I caimed it before while my ex wife was on a visa. It's not a big deal, I don't think.
Good morning guys, I do have a question. I'm trying to fill up the appendix1 and there is a question about: is your sponsor claiming benefits? I answered yes because I do claim a child benefit for my 2 sons born here in UK. Does my answer jeopardise my sons visa decision?
No. As stated previously you're entitled to the benefit, you're kids are British citizens I assume, so won't impact on your other child that is applying.
My 2 boys was born before my indefinite leave visa that's why they still Filipino citizens. My eldest is still in philippines the one I'm applying for settlement visa.
If your children were born in the UK then they are de facto British citizens regardless of your immigration status at the times of birth.
It depends on their age, I think. Certainly that doesn't apply nowadays. One of the parents has to have settled status in the UK. http://www.ukcisa.org.uk/International-Students/Immigration-/Dependants/Babies-born-in-the-UK/ What nationality is their father?
