    Hello guys!

So I’m going to be applying soon for my son (from previous marriage)to finally move here with us in the UK.

A little bit of background- I’m living with my British husband for almost 7 years now in the UK on ILR.

I have been separated for years with the Dad of my first born and got annulled since he was a baby (he’s 15 now). He was never been part of our lives when we separated, no visits, support etc for several years. It has been always me and my parents since day 1.

At the moment, I’m almost 3 months pregnant. I would want him to be with us before I’m due. I wanted my mom to go with him on a visit visa as well. My question is, I’ve read somewhere I needed a special power of attorney and affidavit of support paperwork so he could fly with my Mom .ive downloaded it from the website already.

What are my next steps in order to get the Ball rolling? I’m really stuck in this area . Help

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Quennie
