    That is true, based on our Law and Family Code a Divorce is not applicable here in the Philippines regardless of Religion. However, annulment of marriage can be applied under Article 41 of the Family Code, if any of the contracting parties fails to comply the rules governing the said Article. - Solemnizing Officer with Law Office,76767676767676767676767676
