There'll be no problem with your UK divorce.
You already know the documents required for marriage (such as UK CNI etc)
But I do believe that most authorities in Philippines also now require the foreigner to have CENOMAR.
It seems quite possible that due to your earlier Philippines marriage your CENOMAR could show you being married. If this were the case then it would need to be rectified.

But isn't the CENOMAR the conversion of the CNI that you get done based on your current documents via our Embassy, in that case the new CENOMAR should be based on his current status under our law?

No the two documents have different functions.

The CNI is a Certificate of No Impediment (sometimes called Legal Capacity to Marry)
This certificate provides evidence to officially authorised people that the marriage will be recognised as a valid marriage in both Philippines and the country of the foreign spouse.

A valid CNI is required by Philippine law.
This valid CNI needs to be issued by the British Embassy following exchange procedures for a locally acceptable version

A CENOMAR ( Certificate of No Marriage Record) is available from the Philippines National Statistics Office (NSO) and is simply what its name implies.
It is a certification issued by the NSO stating that a person has not contracted any marriage within the Philippines.

Yes this is my concern. I am waiting for an official reply from from British Embassy Manila for clarity. I will post the reply for everyones interest.

Probably better (and faster) to just get your CENOMAR and see what it actually states.

You can get it online here
Maybe have it delivered to your fiancee

I'm not sure how the British Embassy are going to help you with a CENOMAR issued and controlled by Philippine NSO.

The only involvement of the British Embassy is to comply with Philippine law by issuing of the local CNI
