What is South Africa’s genocide case against Israel at the ICJ

I do wonder what the UK government's response and demand of its citizens would be if the IRA gunned down 10,000 civilians in Liverpool, took 2,000 hostages back to Belfast and then declared that they would look to repeat the attack?
(Numbers still on the low side when adjusted per population)
