Good day to everyone, Hello guyei

Its one year this very Day that my wife Daisy arrived in the UK on her Spouse Visa.

Its been a fast year and all is well in the Beattie household. Its been on my mind recently that I should get my head back into the mire that is the immigration process as this year Daisy will have to resit the English test as the one she done was the toeic and is no longer accepted and i believe. Daisy's visa runs out on the 25th of December 2016. How long before it runs out should i be submitting her FLR?

I see everyone is still helping and posting on here. Its great work that everyone does here for each other!

Apart from myself I have a question regarding a friend. My friend lives in England and his wife received an email today stating:

"A decision has been made on your application and your documents are being returned to the visa application centre. You will contacted again by the VAC once these documents have been received and they are ready for you to collect."

Does anyone know what this actually means? is it succssful? I remember the email my wife received stated "Your Visa will be dispatched shortly"

Cheers Guys, Hope everyone is well.

    Kev

Hi Kev.I called the enquiry line before about when you need to apply. My wife's visa runs out on 30 November and her English test expires on 5 November.

They told me she had to apply within 28 days of the visa expiry date, giving us a convenient 3 day window!!

I think your friend's email is a generic one and you can't read anything into it.

Yes. It isnt saying one thing or the other. Just that a decision has been reached.

Thanks again Guys, Its time i got my head back into this department. After going through the immigration process I did not even want to lay my eyes on the UKBA website but as i see now, its all change again.

Its so true about time flying when you are having fun. Daisy has been working for about 9 months now and all is well with her... We are just away to go out and have a meal and drink to celebrate 1 year.....

Thank you all again.... sooooo much

I got an email saying 'your visa will be dispatched shortly' before. When I went to get my passport and other docs, I saw that my application for visit isa has been approved - uk visa stamped on my passsport :) :) Who knows! Maybe its the same for you :)
