    Andrew had the same problem downloading pictures the other day, he got there in the end.

    Your opening post has image placeholders but nothing is appearing?

    Just looks like a blank post to me.

    Interesting they are clearly working for others but I still can't see them even after a page refresh or page scale change, only way I can see the images is to reply to the opening post then they appear in the reply.

    Damn funny btw :)

    Dom try a simple edit of the post and add something like a full stop at the end, then save again, sometimes the data gets stored just a fraction wrong in the database.

    I recall reading when Coca Cola first went to China, some of their sellers translated it as "Bite the wax tadpole", which wasn't so appealing. Then years later, Pepsi tried an advertising campaign in China when they launched, they wanted their slogan to be "Come alive with Pepsi", but somehow got it translated as "Pepsi, brings your ancestors back from the dead"..
