Maybe you can now but not with visa4uk at the time of our application.
I would suggest not to use visa4uk as I read somewhere that they will be discontinued

I've just gone through this same problem I argued with the home office the other night for the same reason it's a joke I had to go London yesterday to scan the documents over

I have been told by Sheffield I don't need to do this, I will need to wait until next week to find out if this true.

No, I'm hoping Davids said can give more information on his experience with this.
I can't go until next week to find out as the centre is not close to me.
Do you have this problem also Inang?

I dont know you from Adam so it pretty impossible to hold something against someone you dont know.

Having tried to help you on other posts the outcome being everyone who doesnt conceded to your wishes are incompetent and should be removed of the face of the planet, I merely suggest that instead of whinging about the system spend that time trying to work through it and look for the positive postings and spend your time understanding them.

Yes I think you may of been very unfortunate with the timing of your application. But the very Best of Luck with it I am sure you will get there
Reading through all the websites I think any new applicant will have achoice of threee options and these will be advised at the end of each individual application.
Option 1........ Self upload of your documents
Option 2........ Walk in centre and then you have options on scanning and payments
Option 3 ........Use the localised scanning centre.

The new procedures were first raised in the forum back in November (see link)

The electronic visa application will be maintained regardless of who the host(at the moment vsfi) is.

Hi @Mattecube thanks for the info. Will there be another option on the website to upload documents? I suppose this will show after paying the visa and ihs fee.

Hope someone can tell us how to go through it. That will be very helpful.

Why couldn't UKVI use those selected post offices which FLR applicants use for their biometrics.?

It's all a joke the way it is done my solicitor give me the Sheffield address and at the biometrics my wife was given the same address for Sheffield I was told at vfs global it's the home office not making it clear to everyone what procedures to use and the reason for changing locations is because of brexit now many people from the Eu need to prove they can be here so 100 even 1000 of applications are coming in each day.. This process is stressful enough everyone needs to be on the same page

Hello Everyone! I have no clue as to what exactly the Visa Category this thread relates to. Is this for submitting your documents when you apply for a Fiance Visa from the Philippines? Because I recently did apply last 15 March 2019 and was told at VFS in Makati to send all the documents to

Settlement Applications, International Operations and Visas
    PO Box 5852
    Sheffield
    United Kingdom
    S11 0FX

which my partner did, and so far the documents were delivered just fine on the 25th of March, though I haven't heard anything from Home Office yet. Was it wrong sending the documents to the address mentioned above? :(
