You don't need a cenomar for a visa. It has been posted on here that you need one for the vip service, but I don't know about that.
Good luck Ross, i seen you need cenomar for doing Priorty service but how you get if already married.
You don't need one but your chap probably does, someone posted earlier stating that you need the CENOMAR when applying for the priority service. Your chap can get the cert online I believe, take a look below; https://psa.gov.ph/civilregistration/requesting-civil-registry-document/cenomar
Hi! The VFS staff will look for the applicant's CENOMAR if availing the priority visa service (PV). You might as well secure two copies as they will take the original copy. Here's the link: http://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/philippines/user_pay_services.html#16
I will e-mail the link to him and ask him to look at it...thanks hi there thanks for the info can I ask do you get the CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) from the VFS office ??
The VFS is just an office that collects visa applications for various countries visa applications nothing more. You need to get a CENOMAR from the NSO, see the website below, you can apply online if you wish; https://www.ecensus.com.ph/Default.aspx
here is a question for you all.....my boyfriend and I are going to get married so on the visa application (sub visa section ) do I pick husband or marriage after the I have selected settlement on the visa type
gents and ladies I would like your help again.... on the online application under the sponsor it asks the following : 1. on the passport the place of issue would the answer be United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland ? 2. where is your sponsor now...this would be where I am at the time of the online application ? 3. What is their relationship to you - I assume it would be partner ? can you advise please
1. Name the passport office where you applied and got your passport 2. UK 3. Fiancee or spouse if married
1: on my passport--next to my birthday--it says "IPS"---i put that 2: yes--what country youre in ( UK ) ? 3: does it list options ? partner is probably best.
I agree with 3, I forgot it is a same sex application but I am guessing Fiancée could still be used, if I remember rightly you couldn't remember which passport office you got your passport from, IPS stands for Identity and Passport Services, I'm pretty sure we put IPS and maybe Liverpool where the passport was issued.
also on the online form it asks Are you exempt from the English language requirement? is the answer just that he has passed the English test level A1 or do you need to expand on this ?
thanks I am ok with them except the passport place of issue on the form it asks for Authority which on my passport says HMPO but nothing about the place that's why I though just United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland very confusing some questions
hi there on the form when you press no it then asked How did you meet the English language requirement? no drop down box just a box to free write what you want so I assume there is where you say what level test he as passsed
