document copies with online flr application

    is it a requirement to send in photocopies together with original documents in support of my online FLR m application ?

    People seem to be getting the photocopies back for their application with the original copies when applying for FLR. Tough call, if it was me I would submit copies for all the documents just to be on the safe side as I’m always told before that the ECO reserves the right to keep the original if no photocopy is sent.

    Golden rule of there is an original in your folder copy it into the second folder. Two identical files

    I did not send photocopies but I remember the ECO kept some of my original papers like landlords letter, etc.

    the online form confuses me.
    for instance..

    Time lived in the UK

    does this mean--time since she entered the UK on her fiancee visa ( 2016 ).......or since she entered as a student--june 2008 ( lived her 4 years from then )

    First entry into the UK on anything other than a visit visa,in your wifes case 2008
