2nd Spouse Visa, which type of FLR?

Hi, I'm hoping you guys can help me on my 2nd FLR application as you have helped me in my previous applications. I am a bit confused on which type of FLR to apply for as things have changed in gov.uk.

    My history:
I entered the UK on a fiance visa in Dec 2015 (with my daughter). Got married in March 2016 and applied for Spouse visa in April 2016 which was valid for 2.5 years.
My visa is due to expire in October 2018 and I am looking at the visa guidelines today and things have changed.

From what I know when I applied for my Spouse Visa, the next route to go for is the 5-year visa, and then 10-year visa after that.
However, I can't seem to find the guidelines on 5-year route spouse visa. I only see a 2.5 and 10year route visa. I am also confused about the difference in FLR (FP) and FLR (IR).

Can someone please shed a light on me? I am scared to apply for a wrong visa and be rejected because the visa fee is just so expensive, and I am applying with my daughter as well, so that is double the fee.

    Thank you in advance x

you need to apply for your 2nd FLR--then 30 months after that you apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain ( ILR )==which is the expensive one.

You need to follow the 5-year route (not 10-year) ... my wife just got her 2nd extension on Friday .. FLR(M) .. Further Leave to Remain (Marriage)

One set of documentation you will need to show is that you have lived together in the same location with your partner. They want to see documents spread over 2 years from at least 3x different sources and 6x different times. We used the premium visa service and it took 4 hrs from walking in the door to walking out with our approval letter. It adds some expense but at least you get a quick response.

Once you have been in the country for 60 months you can apply for ILR (https://assets.publishing.service.g.../file/633927/SET_M__Guidane_Notes_08-2017.pdf).

When you have your ILR and are married to a UK citizen you can start down the route of naturalization AN (https://assets.publishing.service.g...tachment_data/file/680277/an-guide-feb-18.pdf). Best to read the requirement early for this one. You will need 2x referees to sponsor your application. Both will need to state that they have known you for the last 3 years at time of application. One of them needs to be a professional of standing.
