    Hello again.

This will be a second application for fiance visa. I would appreciate if you could tell me if this is enough to meet the requirements. He was initially refused due to my mistake (not enough evidence).

    His (Philippines)
    - cover letter/intent to marry
    -ietls certificate
    -birthcertificate/cnomar
    -tb certificate

He will have to attend vfs to submit his application form and passport.

On my side, I provided the following.
    -cover letter/intent to marry
-photocopy of my passport/birthcertificate (do i need to give them my original passport?)
-letter from parent re: accommodation/utility bill
    -employment letter and contract
    -appendix 2 vaf 4a
    -SU07/12 sponsorship form
    -p60 2017
    -payslips 12 months
    -bank statements 12 months
    -pictures together and call logs

    Am i missing something?
    See attached refusal note.

as it seems the refusal was because of lack of the correct number of bank statements--why dont you copy exactly what you did before--but with the correct number of bank statements this time.

I have provided 12 months all together.. with the payslips corresponding to the banks statement? do you think this time will have a chance of getting a visa?

well--so long as you overcome the refusal--i dont see why not. why do you need 12 months ? does your monthly in come vary ?

but--to be honest--your checklist does seem a bit sparse compared to some others ive seen on here.

yes everymonth my monthly salary is different. i had to send 12 months just incase .. and my last year's p60 doesn't show the yearly financial requirement... by providing 12 months im hoping they could see that i met the requirements if that make sense lol
thats basically all the requirements i submitted but obv. except for the missing bank statements..unless there should be added on my checklist?

p.S where do i get a certified copy of my passport?

take your passport to a solicitor--they check its you--photocopy it--rubber stamp the copy as genuine--and sign it. small fee--5 to 10 £.

I'm curious, would a solicitor-certified passport copy have an official/unofficial expiry - or is it valid for as long as the passport's "current"?
