actually--my daughter in law suggested i get them a screwdriver set. so i went one better and got a cordless rechargeable job. and a box of screws. and assorted plastic wall plugs.

I'm buying my Mrs a much bigger and better TV, so she can enjoy my Xbox game-play graphics at their full potential.

( I have already bought her a Jig-Saw and Hammer Drill).

A few Christmases ago I gave my wife a one-bagger cement mixer. And a shovel. She couldn't wait to start using them!

i recall--many years ago--giving the first mrs bigmac a pocket calculator. mind you--it cost me £50 back then.
