Good day , Just want to ask if anybody here experience requesting Land registry Title and Plan thru Gov.uk ? We tried many times yesterday using 2 Barclays, lloyds ' and my BDO and it says ''Card decline or use other card / call merchant'' . and we tried today and still wont work. We used Lloyds yesterday to pay IHS and Spouse Visa Fee and it was successful . I tried other site to order Land registry Title and Plan but it was expensive £19 , but its more cheaper at gov.uk only £6 for Land Registry Title and Plan . My appointment is on July 10 at vfs. Do we need to submit This papers since we have annual mortgage statement ??
I've used it to check the title a couple of times and I had a problem similar to yours - I think it was because I was requesting it from outside the UK. When I used it from inside the UK I had no problem - while ago now... are you trying to do it from outside the UK ?
Well I'm pretty sure that's your problem - you could try using a vpn (if you have one) or asking someone in the uk to do it for you...
