ive always been frequent with my bowel habits--but earlier this year i stated getting bunged up--feeling uncomfortable. I started taking lactulose on prescription--but the end result i was ripping them out like a foghorn. All back to normal now though.
I think it may be the yogurt. It's made in a farm in Tacoban, I get it delivered for free but I have to buy 4x 700 gram tubs which I eat in two weeks, so I'm eating 230 grams of yogurt a day.
I have some greek yogurt in the fridge just now I buy 200g pots as I won't have it every day, if I have some it's about 100g at a time but this greek yogurt is definitely not sweetened. I like Hartley's "no added sugar" jelly and it is very very low in carbs, I have that with fresh Raspberries and cream and some yogurt, I'll miss stuff like that if I move to the Phils.
Manila's not too bad for sugar free food, Try living in the sticks, I have to really shop around and sometimes have put up with what I can get.
