Hi Everyone I hope you are all doing good. My british partner and I is considering to enter into civil partnership or if possible get married at the UK Embassy here in Manila and apply for a settlement visa afterwards. I have initially made some research about it but I find it very technical to comprehend. I would appreciate if anyone who has the same experience can provide information and advises. This is by the way the cheapest option for us to get married after having my Fiance Visa Refused last week and losing at least £2,000. I am also aware that I can apply for a Marriage Visitor visa but it will be a bit expensive for us. If we get married at the Embassy does it have the same rules governed as if we get married in the UK? Would you guys know what are the first thing that we need to do to accomplish this? I will of course continue researching online about our plans but nothing is better than having an advise from you guys.
Hi Guys! After making some googling I have answered some of my question on my first post, and I am still confused on some things,I would like to clarify about the Certificate of no Impediment that I have read on the UK Website. Is me that I have to provide the Certificate of no Impediment or my british partner? and do you guys know where I can obtained this?
