    Hi everyone!

I will apply IlR on December 2020, and I want to know if I could take the Life In The UK test as early as now please? Does it have any expiry?

    Thanks very much!!

I don’t recall there being any expiry on LitUK.

Yes you can take it now and as far as I know it doesn’t have any expiration date.

Getting ahead of ourselves, but am I correct in thinking that the LiTUK test doesn't need to be taken/sat until near the end of the 5 years - i.e. after 2nd FLR on fiance(e) route, or after Spouse & FLR on the Spouse route - in time for the ILR application?

    Yep it’s an ILR requirement.
