I never do anyway. The Mrs does nag me about my swinging wotsit, in my short shorts though. She thinks it may attract other ladies to me. :(

I got a fungal rash (Jock rash) don't know why it's called Jock rash lol. So got some anti-fungal cream and stopped wearing under pants. Seems to be working but need to be careful how I sit in the garden with 3 ladies around.

Taking a cold shower 3 or 4 times a day when it's hot, like now, seems to help me.

It might be more apt if they called it a fishy name certainly more like stinky fish :D, perhaps it was caused by wearing a Jock Strap I have certainly never had the need for one of those contraptions, Jock rash is a bloody annoying and not easy to get rid of.

One product I found invaluable when living in PH is Sudocrem, this is used to clear Nappy rash in babies, many times I was subject to sweat rashes, under arms, between my legs and also when I developed a rash on my ankles caused by multiple bites from the Mozzies, the rash being exacerbated by scratching, this cream has a cooling effect and takes the itch away, pretty good stuff, If I remember correctly the main ingredient is Zinc Oxide?

    Don't scratch :D

And if you run out of creams, Calmoseptine (with Zinc Oxide) is another good one, use a banana skin - the moist side just rub it on the bite :like:
