My nephew is hoping not,his cannabis coffee shop in Thailand has just opened and he is looking at moving over in October.

Make sure he doesn't sink all his money into it.
Thailand is unstable but maybe he can make some money in a short period of time.

He is doing ok at the moment,selling seeds,I told him a year ago to jump on it,you snooze you lose
