my mrs makes lovely spring rolls--and shanghai. Usually 60 at a time-=-mostly for other people. My job is to separate the sheets from the frozen slab. We have 2 food shops here stocking them. One is filipino owned.

I was learning to cook batches of maple syrup in a boiling house yesterday, really enjoyed making syrup lollies like the sticky toffee lollies my nana used to make :like: Screenshot_20220313_194238.jpg

    Instant pots are wonderful.

Nice simple recipe and one that I could reasonably use, sweet potato has a lower glycaemic index than ordinary potato, I would not eat it too regularly though.
