Hello doing online spouse visa application it says we need a letter to confirm my wifes qualifications shes a qualified nurse and have copys of all her degrees do we need to ger another letter how do we ger a naric letter ? Also we have 3 years of facebook chats but since gdpr its harder to download so we are missing a year would it be ok to write that in a cover lerter and show a screenshots of how many times we videocall a day
i dont recall any questions about my fiancees qualifications on her application form--but that was nearly 4 years ago. what facebook logs and screenshots did you use last time ?
If she already came on a fiancée visa and your now applying for FLRM you don’t need the chats as she is already here.
I dont think your wifes qualifications are a requirement on a spouse visa application though i may be wrong my wife has NO qualifications, I would have thought its more important to prove the relationship rather than what qualifications she has, with regards the Chats just copy extracts from each month for the last 12 months or so which is what we did, no need to copy the whole chats.. good luck..
@Colin4000 Naric is an advisory body that competes educational achievements between countries in your wife's case it will be Philippines to UK. You can apply for Naric on line https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sou...FjAJegQICxAf&usg=AOvVaw3w-lXrzPzkGvsCzXcJYLBx There are a couple of threads on the subject of Naric in the forum use the search button top right hand corner you may find the threads useful. Are you going to use a Naric certificate to demonstrate your wife's English? Facebook and other chat logs difficult one to call as you are married you say you have 3 years worth! how often do you see each other? if I were in your shots I would do a summary screen of various dates, don't be surprised if presented for scanning they are dismissed!
Hiya ny wife has already done ielts english test and now we need to prove her qualifications is that correct shes a nurse
why do you need to prove her qualifications for a spouse visa ? so long as she has a current ielts test pass at a1 thats all she needs.
