We have been waiting for about an hour and a half, asked to fill another schengen visa form as the one done online was obsolete and sofar havent seen a single european looking employee on the premises...
nope... VFS deals with Schengen applications. Manchester is the nearest. 10 quid for processing for EU
our nearest is croydon--so £80 for 2 cheap day off peak train tickets, £30 day return ferry tickets, plus bus / taxi to vfs office. all for a poxy visa. will my wife still need a shengen visa after she gets her UK passport ? ( assuming we wont all need one by then )
If she has U.K. passport then she will travel like you @bigmac. When we applied schengen Visa we applied for 6 months but only granted 3. I have known people only granted 14 days especially on first schengen Visa application.
It does. But gets you out of being in the same area, same beaches and you can sample the local culture if your that way inclined.
try as i am--i cant find the address of VFS in London, i am assuming all shenghen visa applications are handled there.
Thanks for that. Not what i would call local ...or convenient...cant see why i cant be done online..using the brp number as proof.
