Daren, Meeting single Filipina's in the UK does happen, though it is not too common. Meeting a lady or a few for online chit chats and seeing if anything develops is certainly easy to get started, just be wary of the pitfalls as well as the time it takes to court a lady online as well as the potential costs of visas and what not. There are a few single ladies on this site, some came by recently asking if there were any single men about who wanted to have a chit chat. You can always send a private message to a lady if you wish, they will get an email advising them of this and might well reply. There are numerous dating sites, though beware of potential scammers who prowl those sites looking for western men to take advantage of.. I am currently in the Philippines right now! There are a couple of ladies I know of who are single and are looking for Mr. Right, though I have to add I cannot say whether they are looking for a westerner... But, just say Hi to a few and see how things go! Tell us a bit about yourself? What age range are you and the lady you are looking for, what age should she ideally be?

Hi there Dazzle (Darren?) welcome here to the form. Glad to hear you enjoyed your recent visit. Sometimes it's difficult to describe your time in the Philippines. Personally I really love Bohol. Boracay is a very nice short stay experience and highly recommended. To be honest there are just so many wonderful, beautiful, romantic and magical place to visit in the Philippines you could never even dream of experiencing them all. IMO that desription also applies to the people (well most of them in my experience anyway) Philippines is an almost a perfect balance of good/bad of positive/negative of wealth/poverty of peace/buzz of ....................just about every contradiction you can imagine. Now isn't that just magical and indescribable. It's probably a very reasonable strategy to try and find a Filipina here in UK. Personally, I find that many single Filipina's that have been here in UK alone for a time, have lost a certain amount of their real "filipina-ness" and have become UK hardened. Not a particularly desirable trait in comparison, I find. Hey, that's just a personal opinion, no offence meant at all to anyone.
Hi Daren Just joined the British-Filipino website and was checking out what is going on in the forum when I chanced on your message. It is nice to know that you have enjoyed your visit to the Phillipines. I am very proud of my country. I know there are some problems but which country doesn't. Sceneries are spectacular most especially if you go outside of Manila and the people are very warm if you meet the right kind of people. Looking forward to hearing from you. - Marilen
