My wife has been in UK for over 30 months, and we have lived in 3 different properties, as when she first came I was in a 1 bedroom flat, and council moved us as needed 2 bedroom property, so just asking do I collect documents from 1st property or from 2nd property, starting the last 2 years, sorry it's a long question but thought I would ask in case helps others thanks.
The documents you have to submit will be for the 30 months period, spread evenly over that period not just a short few months so would be from both properties.
My wife came in August 2016 and lived in 1 bedroom flat till moved to 2 bedroom flat in January 2017 then moved to 2 bedroom house in July 2018 and just wondering do I have to collect bout 6 documents from each address or just spread documents from 2016 to 2019 as doing my head in lol thanks for any help.
Documents should be spread over 2 years and if poss an even spread. Provide 6 in joint names or about 5/6 each in sole names. To be honest our submissions were a mixture of the 2 sole and joint. Who has loads of post nowadays anyway
Hi, if u cud help. My 1st spouse visa will expire on 3/2/20. So i need to apply by say 3/1/20 bearing in mind is going to be holiday season. And just to confirm the docs to be submitted. We have the following in join names: 1. Council Tax (just one pc showing the whole year tax) 2. Electricity bill (are copies printed from our printer acceptable?) 3. Gas bill (again copies printed from our printer acceptable?) 4. Bank statement (do we need to get bank to print them out n endorse?) Questions: 1. How many months copies from each source? 2. Copies to be spread over the 2 years period for each source? 3. As council tax bill only one covering the whole year? 4. As we only hv 4 sources from join names, are they enough? 5. Hi one from each source will do what you are looking for is six items in joint names spread over a 2 year period, what you do not need is say the gas bills for the 2 year period so you could have for example 1 gas bill 1 council tax 1 water bill 2 electric bills over the 2 years 1 tv licence that is six or a variation of the above If you only have 4 sources thats ok just double up on 2 year 1 year 2 for example council tax 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 that is 2 Bank Statements we did ours off the internet in colour as the same as the bank would print and got a letter from bank saying that they were correct,or as some do go int the bank ask them to print them off and stamp them, with the new scanning system for support documents they will be scanned copies anyway!
