Hello Kevin. Yes your good wife Charlene has made many posts explaining your situation. I'm sure that you are really looking forward to going home after being banged up for so long. Wishing you both all the best.

Hi Kevin. I don't know your whole story, but I do know about the so-called 'justice' system in the Phils, which appears to be a total disgrace, and falling short of every principle of human rights.

Hopefully you'll be back amongst civilised human beings very soon. :like:

Actually guys''' I'm still here and the British consulate are a utter disgrace' both to me' being still here' Cha the mother of two British children' being not recognised and forced into poverty'

I thank the forum for all the help awarded to Cha and myself' eapecially lately with cha's problems.... my dream is for us all to go home at the same time is that probally just pie in the sky.... as the Philippines wont recognise the girls as they have a British father and the cpnsul will not recognise them as they have a Filipino mother... its a crock being piggy in the middle... i worry not and never about myself but the predicament my girls and Charlene are in... not to mention the worries i have over my parents who are never becoming any younger.... how much more does the Philippines want from me as this is all i have left to be honest.

    Hi Kevin,
Many of us have gone through dark, dark days but we cannot give up.
I was also in a nightmare, granted not as bad as yours and my life is nightmare free now, but back in the time it was a living hell, to me.
I was quite wealthy at the time but it all went tits-up.
Giving up is not an option.
It is good that you can communicate with us now, perhaps this forum can be a great help to you, ongoing.

There really is light at the end of the tunnel and one day you will be free.
You will enjoy freedom more than most of us.
Stay strong and think of your loving family to give you the will to overcome.

That's a joke right?I know filipinas earning 12,000 pesos a month, doing 12 hour shifts to feed and clothe their kids who would die to be given the opportunity to live and earn in the UK,i have seen entire families living on a couple of square meters of pavement in delhi, next to open sewers who would give a kidney to be able to live and work and be housed in a western country as good as this, last week how many dozen illegal immigrants crossed the channel in tiny inflatables to live a better life here, you have the opportunity when you marry your good lady to live your life in the Philippines,so why bring her here?As OSS said Graham is talking about the PI.

So why are you doing your utmost to bring your lady to the UK?
