The sad thing about all this is that 99.9% of all photos that are released are altered to make the subjects look unblemished and more agreeable to the advertising agencies then ultimately the clients. Girls all over the world feel inadequate
Yeah that was funny. It's actually quite a skill to do all that in Photoshop but there exists a program called Portrait Professional from a UK company I think, that makes it an absolute breeze to do all those kind of adjustments at least for face and head simple portraits, I bought it some years ago, but found I was not that keen on the results even at the lightest touch settings. It could achieve very close to the same results as Photoshop though.
I'm sure you're right I am happy to not see those skin whitening creams these days. They make lovely Filipinas look zombie-like
Too right Mike, I hate all that rubbish too total waste of money. Ana spends a fortune on what is essentially sunblock, but she never goes out during the day anyway so she is pretty white already Howerd, my partner has some skin blemishes as in pores and so on from acne in her youth, but she is beautiful without makeup of any kind I prefer her that way, but when she does pile on the chemicals, well sometimes she is really stunning, she always asks me "did I do heavy makeup"? I always answer no
I figure one good reason to bring your loved one to the UK ASAP is so they are not skin-aged by the time they get here! But, no doubt, the pounds may pile one, once they do arrive here!
I have never used Photoshop but I don't have your interest in photography. But I do get emails from Adobe and was astonished by the apparent ease of using their new 'puppet warp' feature...
That was very interesting Howerd, I have Photoshop but I rarely use it as for most photographic adjustments Photoshop Lightroom is more than enough. So I have only now noticed this puppet warp feature on the edit menu thanks
