Youre welcome @DJB ...I see ,the Regional Trial Court (RTC) will furnish a copy of the Court Decision to the Office of the Solicitor General , once the decision is not contested the RTC will issue her the Certificate of Finality , Certificate of Finality certifies that the decision has already been rendered and is now final and executory. it can no longer be contested or subject to appeal . Then if she get the Certificate of Finality thats the time she can Register it to the Local Civil Registrar where the annulment is granted , She needs a copy of the Court Decision , Certificate of Finality and a copy of her Marriage Certificate for the Registration, Dont forget to tell her to ask for a Certified True Copy :) Obtw if you dont mind can I ask where is the place she had her annulment ?
