online visa fiance application form

    Hi Guys,

    I am asking a question with regards to a friend who is applying for a fiance visa...

    The form he is filling in is titled!

    Settlement - Settlement - Proposed Civil Partnership.

    Can someone confirm that this is the correct online form, he just called the 0300 1232241 helpline in Croydon and they are now asking for a credit card payment for any information...

    Depends. That is right if he is on a same sex relationship and is planning to form a civil ceremony here. If he wants to marry then the correct breakdown is in the above as @Dav3&Ai5a stated.
