    Hi
Your list is very similar to the one we submitted a few weeks ago.
On the subject of blank pages in passport we scanned everyone from present day back to the day she landed in the UK.
The reason we did this is I read somewhere that the UKBA want to know the number of days you have been outside the UK in those 5 years in any one rolling 12 months. This again is checked at British Citizenship stage I believe.
    Good Luck

Thank you for your response! One more thing. Correct me if Im wrong I don’t need to include the number of days she’s been outside the UK if it is less than 2 weeks isn’t it? and after paying them online thats the only time we can upload all the necessary documents right?

goodluck as well on your application

Your correct about the 2 weeks out of the UK.
Once you pay on line there are 2 or 3 further actions one being " upload documents" click that you will get a link to Sopra Steria.
You will set up an account
Verify account on receipt of e mail off them
Then on their site upload documents ( you can revisit this should you wish to add further docs)
Also use their site to book biometrics appointment, unless you get an e mail saying previous biometrics are going to be used by them.

28 days prior to your 5 years in the UK( the day you landed on UK soil if on a spouse visa) or as a dependant first FLR upto the expiry of your visa 14th September

    i'm confused with your answer @Mattecube .

previously--you had told me in the case of a fiancee visa the 5 year clock starts ticking when the first of 2 flrs is issued--rather than when a fiancee arrives in the UK.
    can you clarify this please.

booked for next sat--the 6th march.

the sheer aggro we have to get there--just across the water. Managed to book the last space on the 10 am car ferry...its only a skeleton service ..the passenger ferry has been suspended for weeks. The hovercraft have very few sailings--and wont accept prebookings--first come first on.

shes doing well with the test exercises--consistently hitting 20+ correct
    '
i just want to be back home by this time next week--pass or not.

i cant believe in these covid days the gov didnt waive this test--after 5 years in the UK most immigrants have a good idea what our life is all about--which is not about who is the bloody patron saint of ireland.

Hi Mattecube, just a quick question by the way. Regarding the documents that we have uploaded to Sopra Steria. We already uploded all the necessary documents that needed on her ILR application. Do we need to tick submit documents prior to attending her appointment or shall we wait until she attended her apointment and check all the supporting docs before submitting it online? Were planning to choose enhanced service point centre. Btw, we haven’t book my wife’s biometric yet because she might give birth anytime from now. We are planning to book an appointment after she gave birth to our 2nd child anyways email said we are allowed to book an apointment before 26th of April.

    thanks a lot

I would submit them now and take all the hard copies with you to the bio appointment. What appears to happen is prior to your bio appointment Sopra check docs submitted and at your appointment will scan anything that hasnt uploaded very well or/and advise you of anything you need to add.
Good Luck on the application and the baby front!

So... The 5 year route to be able stay indefinte... Does it start the day she arrives in the uk on fiance visa... Or after she gets her 1st spouse visa?

my understanding is the 5 years start when she gets her BRP with her first FLR. Go by the date on the BRP.
But your a long way off that .
